FOOD – Canned meats, fruits, vegetables, soups, meals, boxes of cereal, pancake mix, pasta, rice, macaroni & cheese, baking mix, boxed meals, crackers, shelf-stable milk, like evaporated or dry, juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa mix, instant breakfasts, jars of peanut butter and jelly, condiments, cooking oil, grocery store gift cards. CLOTHING – New and gently used clothing of all sizes and for all ages and genders. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS – Laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, diaper wipes, baby food, baby cereal.

In response to the current COVID19 pandemic, Gabriel’s Place is now temporarily closed. This decision was made after careful consideration to ensure the health and wellbeing of the community and Gabriel’s Place’s staff and volunteers.

Though our building is closed to the public, we are continuing to work on ways we may serve the Avondale community now and in the future. If you are in need of assistance with food or groceries, you may contact the following pantries:
